Assign jobs to drivers. They see the load on their dashboard, accept it, and start a vacuum, dump, hot oiler, kill truck, or flatbed ticket with the details filled in. The map shows the location (L) and where the load is going (D).
Same location, destination, account, and driver. Each copy is its own load. You can select loads on the board and assign them to a driver later.
Pick a location and a destination. Green L is the location. Orange D is where the load is going. GPS is saved under Field Options as lat, lng.
Create driver logins under Users if the driver list is empty.
One list for vacuum, dump truck, hot oiler, and flatbed tickets. Each unit has document folders: registration, insurance, cab card, and inspection. Trucks also have HAZ MAT REG. and two Other folders. Trailers also have WHP, Tank Inspection, and two Other folders.
Keep registration, insurance, cab card, inspection, and the extra folders for this unit. Click a heading to open a folder.
Hours come from completed tickets. Set each driverβs type and pay under Users. Company billed is what we earned from the customer; driver pay is hourly wage or commission % of the account hourly rate Γ hours; company keep is billed minus driver pay.
Driver logins (username + password) and admin logins. Accounts sync via cloud when Firebase is on.
Drivers sign in on the ticket app with this username. The full name is what prints on tickets.
Use Edit to change name, truck, trailer, payroll (company vs owner operator, hourly wage or commission %), active status, or password. Deactivate blocks sign-in without deleting the login. A driver can only be in one company. If they already work for another company, add them here and confirm the move. The new company removes them from the old one. Old tickets stay with the old company.
Create admin logins with email + password. Passwords can be changed anytime.
