About Lease Ticket
Lease Ticket is the application we built so simple, accurate information gets from us to our drivers and to our customers.
The ticket used to be a piece of paper that had to be copied, driven back, and typed again before anyone could invoice. Lease Ticket keeps that record in one place. The driver writes it once. The office sees the same ticket. The customer gets the same facts. Less paperwork, the work keeps moving, and the invoice goes out in fewer days.
To the driver
The load, the lease, and the ticket are on the phone. No second form to fill when they get back to the yard.
To the customer
What was hauled, where, and for which account is the same information the driver entered. Nothing is retyped into a different story.
To the invoice
The office can bill from a finished ticket instead of waiting on paperwork. That is the short turnaround.
One application, each company on its own
Lease Ticket is the name of the application. A company such as Versa Energy Services LLC uses it for its own drivers, accounts, and tickets. One company does not see another company’s work.
